The Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones ‘OPAZ’ launched the "Jesser" program focused on internal communication today, under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidy, Chairman of OPAZ, and in the presence of His Excellency Engineer Ahmed bin Hassan Al Dheeb, Deputy Chairman of OPAZ, along with several officials and employees of the Authority and representatives from various government and private institutions.

The launch of the "Jesser" program comes as part of the OPAZ's commitment to fostering a work environment based on values of responsibility, cooperation, transparency, and creativity. This contributes to improving the efficiency of internal communication among employees, reinforcing the OPAZ's image as an innovative, transparent, and responsible institution. It also positively impacts enhancing the experience of investors and partners and boosts productivity through the provision of effective communication mechanisms.

The program aims to develop human resources that believe in the importance of internal communication and practice it effectively, which helps build strong relationships between management and employees, promotes teamwork, and supports employee engagement, enhancing their connection to the organization.

"Jesser" also works on creating internal and external communication channels that strengthen cooperation and effective communication between employees and help address challenges related to communication effectiveness. This is in line with OPAZ's commitment to providing a healthy work environment based on the principles of constructive dialogue and teamwork.

Abdul Majid bin Abdullah Al Ansari, General Director of Support Services Sector at the OPAZ, confirmed that the " Jesser " program reflects the OPAZ's commitment to providing an inspiring work environment focused on continuous interaction between employees and management. He explained that the program will include several interactive platforms and activities that allow all employees to participate, express their opinions, and provide suggestions, which will contribute to the development of the institutional work environment.

Al Ansari added that through this program, OPAZ seeks to establish modern institutional practices based on transparent communication and active participation, which positively impacts employee performance and contributes to achieving the strategic objectives of OPAZ and the zones it oversees.

The " Jesser" logo embodies multiple management levels that reflect different forms of communication, whether leadership, upward, or horizontal, all based on a single foundation that OPAZ and its employees strive for: achieving success and institutional excellence. The logo also symbolizes the building of communication bridges between various administrative levels, strengthening the bonds among employees.
