Dr Ahmed bin Saif Al Maamari, Customer Services Department Manager at OPAZ, said that the “Tajawob” platform indicators reflect the growing level of engagement among beneficiaries with the communication channels provided by the Authority. He noted that this contributes to strengthening partnerships with citizens and investors and enables OPAZ to listen to their views and suggestions, supporting the continuous development of services and enhancement of overall performance.

He explained that OPAZ handled the various requests received through the platform in accordance with clear procedures and defined timeframes, in coordination with the relevant entities and departments. This contributed to achieving high completion rates and improving the speed of response to beneficiaries’ feedback and enquiries.

Dr. Al Maamari added that the platform had received a number of development-oriented suggestions reflecting participants’ keenness to contribute to Oman’s economic development. These included proposals to position the Sultanate of Oman as a global energy hub and to establish an integrated marketplace for leather products bringing together manufacturers and specialised retailers, among other proposals.

He stressed that all suggestions are subject to review and evaluation to identify viable ideas that can be implemented, thereby contributing to the development of the business environment and enhancing the services provided by OPAZ.

OPAZ continues to strengthen its communication channels with beneficiaries and encourages the use of the “Tajawob” platform as one of the national channels for submitting suggestions, complaints, reports and enquiries. This contributes to improving service quality, enhancing performance efficiency and supporting continuous improvement efforts across special economic zones, free zones and industrial cities.
